I waited to upload this photo for a quite long time.This photo was captured three weeks ago and i got it finally yesterday!
My friend,Anson was carving for good Crab seafood.First,we traveled to Kepong,Manjalara to look for crabs.But we were late for it.The crab was no enough for us around 17 persons.
So sad,then we head back to Aman Suria for another crab restaurant which located beside highway~Aiks~Bo yan!!!The restaurant didn't open on Monday!
At the end,we went to King Crab Restaurant which located opposite of Kelana Jaya Station!
Reached there at around 9:30pm, was past standard dinner time, so finding a parking spot was not hard at all.
Yes!My friends threw my celebrity at this King Crab Restaurant!It was my first time here!
We started our dinner with some appetizer as the teaser. Instead of the common groundnuts, we were served with ‘
achar’ or a variety of pickled vegetables marinated in chilli, vinegar and so on. It was good!!!

It was so much fun using the mallet to bash the crab, and then use the meat to sop up the butterish gravy. The gravy is truly heavenly, with an almost perfect creaminess.
Another way to enjoy the delicious gravy is by eating them with the
bread/bun/man tou. the bread is great to be dip into the gravy and let it absorb as much gravy as possible and then eat them.
Crab fried by Kam heong style~!I still like the kam heong cooking style!!taste!
The
Salted Egg Fried Sotong was one of the highlight. The fried squid is very very crispy, and one bite you can taste the strong aroma of the salted egg. Just a simple thing but will make you come back for more.(Recommended by Fabian Hung)
The
Guinness Pork Ribs . Instead of
Marmite or sweet & sour sauce, this version uses
Guinness Stout beer to marinade the spare ribs.
